Having just purchased a house in a new area, we needed some Air Conditioning work done, and asked around for recommendations. Carvalho's seemed to be the best recommended to me, so I had them out to correct a couple of minor items and check out the system since we had just moved in.

They did the work and everything is fine now. When I asked what the bill would be, Dave (the owner) said it was covered under warranty since the seller of the house had it installed some time ago, but apparently it was still under warranty. I had no way of knowing that, and he could easily have taken advantage of that.

Because of the ethics Carvalho's demonstrated, and the quality and comprehensiveness of the service I had to give them a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend them.
